Toxic Palm Oil is washing up on UK beaches, dogs are naturally attracted to palm oil and the results can be fatal. While the IMO has introduced legislation to require tankers to pump tank residue into purpose built containers, this isn't due to take effect until 2021, until then tankers are dumping their toxic residue in UK waters.
Britain already has the infrastructure to accept tank residue, bring the timeframe forward to halt this ridiculous legal loop hole and protect our environment.
